This dessert is super easy and looks stunning and professional. It’s basically fudge brownies with a drizzle of white chocolate and crushed up sandwich cookies. It legit comes out HEAVEN! Follow these quick, easy steps and you’ll have a blast making it, and enjoy eating it even more.
3/4 cup Gefen Cocoa
1 and 1/2 cups Glicks Flour
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 teaspoon Gefen Vanilla
1 teaspoon Haddar Baking Powder
1 cup oil, such as Gefen Canola Oil
7 to 8 sandwich cookies
1 bag white chocolate chips (we used pareve)
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix all the brownie ingredients with a fork in one bowl. Grease a 9×13-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for half an hour. Let them cool.
Crush sandwich cookies.
Melt your white chocolate.
Drizzle chocolate on top of cooled brownies. Then add the crushed cookies.
Cut the brownies. Serve and enjoy!
